My firend fit a 2003 800xc SLP can on his 2000 500xc SP. i dont know if it fit right on though. did you check hiperf.com yet? let me know if you find or found anything.. i have the same sled.
also, i know that a lot of the 600xc and 500xc parts are mostly interchangeable. i put a 600 gearbox and jackshaft in my 500. im not quite sure about a pipe though..
