There have been a lot of good ones over the years, but it's rare to hit snow like this and weather at the same time. If you are only going to watch one of these clips, watch this one from Monday at Eagles Pass.... One for the ages.

We started the first two days at Blue Lake. That's the old standby when the visibility is poor. We hit the cabin, started a fire, and headed over the ridge to the goods. As soon as we dropped off the ridge, I knew it was gonna be a good trip.... Deep, light, perfect snow.

Day three was Hunters. Have only ridden there once, and we hadn't spent much time in the trees. This time we found some of the best boondocking I've ever seen. Miles and miles of nicely spaced trees, meadows, glades, deep snow, and no tracks.

Day four was Eagles Pass. We saved this for the first bluebird day. We had heard the Ski Doo demo was up there, so we figured it might be a little hammered. From the gas drop we dropped in to the burn, and sure enough, it was a little torn up already. We headed on up the Waterfall and the tracks suddenly stopped. The weather had been socked in for a couple days, so nobody had gone any further than the top of the water fall.
This was some of the deepest, lightest snow I've ever ridden. The video pretty much speaks for itself. We dropped down the route to Monster and headed out toward the ridge to Turtle. You were completely blind on a downhill turn. Great stuff. Shoulda brought more gas....
