4 season camper?

My son will be taking a construction job that will require relocation once or twice a year. He is thinking of a camper, specifically a toy hauler. Since he will be located in the northern great plains he thinks he needs a 4 season type. The question is, what is the difference? All the campers I have owned have furnaces in them. and the water lines are on the inside, and not under neath. WE are thinking 5th wheel, but looks like the bumper type are much cheaper, and seem to have better floor plans? Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks.

most toy haulers do not have sealed tanks underneath. May need to add a second form of heat, we use a catalytic type heater that does not eat up O2. For extended stays in the winter you need heated tanks or some way to keep them from freezing.

Goose neck or fifth wheel will pull much better than a bumper pull. I've done both. Also, make sure all tanks are sealed and have heaters on them.
