09 M8, Bone stock. I had dealer check alighnment and everything was in spec. They claimed rider error?? whats making it eat belts. All my buddies are getting 800+ miles on there cat belts. Thanks

brake on??? are you shredding the belts? would pull apart the secondary and check the rollers and see if the centers are worn out. also check the inner sheave bushing and see if its worn. would hope your dealer already checked the rollers in the primary and springs in both primary and secondary.
No the dealer was very un-helpful. Made it clear i was not breaking in the belts.. Vey dissapointing. Thanks for your help!

Something is out it could just be belt deflection. Can you hear you secondary slam in when you ride see witch clutch is hottest and focus on it. You just need some fine tuning and maybe vents. Belts 80 and vents are 150 if it save you 2 belts a year they have paid for them selves.

are you breaking in the belts??? it maybe a dumb question, but these belts are way more picky then the older belts were. Do you have any extra venting on the sled?
