Not likely ...doubt that the printer material will be durable enough to handle the loads ... maybe I'm wrong.
Better option is to have a machine shop mill out a set of extrovert drivers and then get a bunch made and sell them or pester the **** out of Kimpex to do a limited production run of the 2.52 for the square axel.
You could always get a piece of 1 or 1.15" thick material, shape up a template for extra style drivers out of mdf and then use a router to replicate the shape for consistency.
