3 picture sequence that tells a good story

I use a helmet mounted camera/video system. I usually set it up to take a picture every 2 seconds and this 3 shot sequence turned out pretty good. We were riding Rabbit Ears area in Colorado yesterday. Snow was some of the deepest I’ve ever ridden. Truely epic conditions. While boondocking up a hill I got these 3 shots.

Shot One is right when I hit a tree

Shot Two is what happens when you hit a fifty foot tree loaded with tons of fresh.

Shot Three is the end result – One stuck turbo cat.

Shot 4 is just for fun, Carving the Winter White

Looks like you bailed off of it when you hit the tree?

Epic conditions, for sure!

A couple more shots of the day and event.

When I did hit the tree, I got bucked back off the sled and down about 8 feet below into my trench. Digging ensued....
Here is another shot after I took my helmet off and laid it down and forgot to turn off the camera. I have about 450 of exactly the same shot because it took about 15 minutes of digging to get the sled turned around for another run.
I call it Vertigo.

Another one from the day. There is sled in there somewhere. I call this my Magic Carpet Ride.

The sled is a 2009 M1000LE Turbo built by Volk. Thankfully no real damage done. I guess all that powder got in the way.

that pic when you set your helmet down is pretty sweet. The pow up there on sat was amazing. I am really happy that we are gettin snow around here finally. It had been awhile since we had got any significant amount to change mountain conditions.

Thanks for the pictures of some fresh powder! It has been to long since we have seen any of that stuff even here in Alaska:( We are have a low snow year so far! Great camera! Awesome Sled!!

Shot with a Go Pro camera with the Hero wide angle. With a 2 gig card it takes about an hour of video or close to 1000 stills. I'm generally not one for pics, but this is a pretty cool setup.

Did you go with the Motorsports version one, or the Helmet version? Trying to figure out what the difference is between the two.....
