Instead of modding the chaincase, spend that coin on CMX belt drive that also drop and rolls with very little modifications. Then you get the added clearance, a more proficient belt drive, easier to change out tracks in the future, and a better approach angle.
I modded my chaincase and installed the 15"x162" 3" paddle CE track
Here's some pics to help illustrate what you've gotta do to make it all work. This is on a 2012 Pro, so I'm not sure how it would work on a 2013. You need to do the anti stab kit if you're going to install the drivers.

I agree that if money is no object, then a belt drive conversion/chaincase drop and roll would be sweet. What is the cost?? $2000? The C3 Powersports version is $1900 for the Extended Chaincase and their SyncroDrive setup.
The chaincase mod from Fastrax is only $250. THe last time I checked they had one on the shelf for swap (send him your stock chaincase and he sends you the already modded chaincase...no wait time).
Personally, I don't think the difference is worth the extra $1750.
For $1750, I would put that money into engine mods, and gain power and reliability.
I think there isn't any engine mods you could do to gain as much deep deep snow hill climbing ability ... I would even say a big bore won't even come close .
The 3'' paddle track is the best deep snow mode you could do ..IMO
