3 inch ce on Dragon?

I know the 3 inch ce comes in 16 wide but has anyone cut one down and put it in thier dragon? How did it work? Thanks

ummm why buy a 3in and cut it down save the time and effort and buy a 2.5 it fits but its still ,a little to big as the tips touch the tunnel. there will soon be a rolled bolt in chaincase available you will be able to fit a 3in a dragon. i will have one on i will post pics and iam sur ethe owner will post pics on his website

I think he meant narrow it( from 16" to 15") not cut it down.

ya sorry i meant narrowing it to 15 wide, shave 1/2 inch off each side.

I just put the 2.5 on mine..if I could do it over again..I would have done the 3....(I do run a drop and roll...)dont get me wrong..the 2.5 rips..but the 3 ...yep....

not on a 3 in..only come 16 wide...163 or 174

pretty sure when i ordered mine i had the option of 15x3 maybe not

You are correct. I guess I was a little confused by the mis typed title.. I was assuming he was cutting down a 2.5X16 not a 3".
