Anyone’s thoughts? I used to think 3” was a trencher but have heard otherwise and especially that it is available in qd2 gearing now was wondering what others thoughts are. Thinking about it for a 155 pro boost

I have the same question on track. Seems like 3" changed with QD2. Vohk talked about how they liked the 3" boost more this year. And the preview video from snowest on the new polaris all said they liked the 3" better also on the day the test rode them and that was at 8500 in fluffy powder.

wifes n/a 165 has the 2.7", my boost 163 has the 3". I think there both on the right sled.
I didnt like the 3" much on the 800, but its a different animal on the boost. vibrates less too

Where do you live in relation to where Vohk rides?
His snow might be a bit different than where you ride.
Conditions play a huge role.
Don't know till you try for your self.

I live and ride mostly in Utah. I have a boost with a 2.75 and I have been happy, but I haven't had a 3" on the boost. I had a 3" on the 800 and preferred the 2.6 on that one.

I wonder if they will put extro's on the 3" like they did for the 2.75?
