2fun4u vents

Don't ask unless you're serious!

I have a complaint! Of course its not about my vents, they are awesome! I get compliments on them all the time!

My complaint is that you two never come to Utah to ride with us!

Okay - don't ask for something unless you are serious! I am riding the IQ with the new motor for the first time this weekend - if someone had a video camera on me all day, you would have a great gag reel! I am sure it's going to kick me off several times before I learn to hold on.

We'll start chatting about it...expo and Jackson are coming up and maybe we can set something up before Jackson (that's spring break you know!). We'll figure out our schedule and see what we might be able to do.

We would really like to get a ride in with you guys this year!

:) t

We do have the hood vents for the Edge - they are similar to the ones SLP used to sell, shaped a little different though.

If you are interested, send me a pm.

:) Tammy

Jeebus  I just looked at your site, have not been in a little while. Hell, I think I wanna buy an 09M for sure now

alll that airflow.........:D

You guys should put on a customer service class for all the businesses in snowmobiling.;) Hands down the best customer service Ive experienced.:D Thanks for the great product and support.:beer;:D

I am sorry to hear that. I would like to ask a couple of questons if you don't mind:

  1. Did you read the directions and only do holes or did you cut out the entire area under the vent?
  2. Did you call us to let us know you were having an issue? I don't recall talking to you on the phone, because had I, you would have a solution and wouldn't have posted your response here.

We are always happy to work with our customers as that is the basis of our business - we wouldn't be anywhere without them. An unhappy customer, in my mind, is not an option, unless the customer just wants to be unhappy.

Snoboner - get ahold of me and we'll take care of you!

:) T

No, I cut the whole thing out. I don't see the point in having a huge vent and only drilling a few holes, you might as well just put flow rites in there. I'm not bashing your product I just like lots of airflow and the r and m vents worked better for me.

I didn't call either, not complaining just posting

That's why life is so interesting! It's full of choices and differences and everyone can have their own opinion! I totally understand what you are saying.

If you want to get those vents fixed in the future, we could certainly put them on stouter frames or work something out with you!

Okay - I know where Alpine is, so that's a plus. I'll work on this and see what can be arranged! I'll call you early next week. ;)

more props to Alan and Tammy - Great product and great customer service. Better than any company I have dealt with in this business. I put a set on my King Cat this year and have not had a single issue.

Thanks Guys,
Perk

Another 2 thumbs up for 2cool!

I've had my vents on for 3 seasons (2000+ miles per season)now and they have serously been put to the tree test. I caught a tree that pulled a corner of the vent up, pulled rivets out of my belly pant, uh oh. Pushed it back straight, put washers behind the rivets and walla............ she's back in business. They have plenty of marks on them from trees, but no tears, no holes, no nothing.

I'm as happy as a cool clutch on a 4' powder day. :D

As far as the customer service.......... Tammy never calls, never writes, never comes to visit..... ;)
