My girlfriend recently bought a 2013 KX250F and is a very solid rider in the summer. I have a 2014 ST that I planned on selling, but am considering putting it on her bike for her to use. She rode my 2011 KX450 a few times with the ST last year and absolutely loved it, so I am not concerned with her ability. She is >135lbs and 5'4". Do you guys have any experience with a 250F with an ST? Opinions?

I've rode with 250 4 strokers and the only place they really suffer noticeably is in the deep near baseless powder (where most of us struggle a bit). In the spring and mid season it shouldn't be a problem given her size. Just be prepared for her to get a 450 the next season when she's ready to step up! That bike would also be a good candidate for an SX kit if you can find one.
