I have had no problems. Is it time to go through the engine and how much will that cost? I am open to any advice you have. Thanks

pistons,rings, crank seals, repack bearing with Isoflex grease, you'll have to check a microfiche to see if theres 2 or 3 to repack, parts will vary on price , depending on piston choice, ruff price for parts 400.00 -500.00

Is it better to rebuilt the crank with new sealed bearing (as sea-doo clinic does) or just re-pack isoflex is OK for another 3-4000 miles? I have a 2008 Summit 154 with 2400 miles and after next season if I keep it I'm thinking to rebuilt the engine. I'ts cheaper to repack the stock bearing and just do the top end but if cost is not so important what sould I do?
that one depends on you, some of the bearings ,depending on year have sealed bearings on them already , you would have to ask if when they rebuild them if they replace all bearings or only what they think is bad?? some only replace some of the bearings, so its not a complete rebuild!!!

At 2500 miles on an 05 800 I'd put in a set of 2 ring pistons ( RK TEK or Big John), check the jugs for scraches and flaking around ports. If alls good ball hone the jugs or have them done and put her back together.

wifes sled is a 01 800 summit 6500 miles on it , never been apart except for the recall on the pistons from the dealer
Put in a new chain befor she goes. Just found a parshall link on dipstick when changing oil 1600 miles going on second change. This time it will be a HYVO !!!!!!!!!!
