225# Spring part number???

I've searched and all i can come up with are the part numbers for the rear torsion springs.

Anyone have the part number for the front 225# track coil spring? Is it a polaris part? If not, where can i get it?

Thanks,
ToU

Its probably a stock Polaris part, which makes it a RydeFX part.
I betting you have the original RydeFX front track shock, but just wanted to bring that up, just in case you didn't.

From the post that I read this is a heavier duty and weight rated front skid spring. It also said that this will help bring the front end up in deeper snow
because it changes the front/back weight ratio making the front end seem as if it is lighter. It is a direct replacement I believe. I will try to find the thread I read this in. I am also thinking of this setup for myself to get my nose out of the snow since I am only a 144 track.

Here it is:

the FIRST thing i would do is get a 225lb front track spring, and install it on your front shock in your skid and trash the stock one..its alot stiffer and will prevent the sled from front end diving..makes the front end feel lighter when not on the power..

thats the #1 thing i would do..THEN...get some good skis afterwards...for best all around performance, i reccomend Gripper Skis...IMO..

here is a link to the track shock..
