20yr old shooots 33pt buck

Might as well quit hunting for bucks now and take up snowmobiling. Kid was going to let his mother shoot it. Just a few weeks ago another guy in the same area took a 28Pt buck with a bow (see link on this site). Video will probably be on after the 10pm news tonight of this kids deer.

I knew a kid that worked for the outfitter that shot the 28pt buck. Rumored that Cabela's offered him somewhere around $10k + reproduction mount.

I'd sell it, take the reproduction and still have the bragging rights. Not everybody can say that their trophy is hanging at Cabela's!

we had a 9th grade kid take a 28pt off our property in AL, he and his dad had been chasin that deer for about 5 yrs... rack was amazing, just over 33" spread and the mass looked freakish... his dad told us the kid came back to the house literally shaking like he was in convulsions (they live across the road from our land) and nobody believed him... lucky kid!!!

The Cabelas by me has some awesome animals..,I too think I would take the money and a reproduction mount. I could visit it everyday if I wanted to.

Agreed. That would put the bull I saw 2 years ago with 60" beams up in the 450 range. LOL
