Ditch those stock a arms for some bpwr arms.A rock just below the snow busted her up, bad. Ski, carbide, two lower a arms, one upper and bent steering rod.View attachment 398582
$1232.00 later, she's back on the snow.
If I had those my bulkhead would be in half, just like a sled at the dealer with alternative impacts… Would much rather pay for a arms than bulkheads. No?Ditch those stock a arms for some bpwr arms.
Stop the field wrenching.
Just checked those out. Way different game than the alt impacts. I pulled the trigger on stock ones because I can get my hands right on them and didn’t wanna ruin the family ride that I had the next day. But I think I should order up some aftermarket ones.Ditch those stock a arms for some bpwr arms.

Yeah the alt impact and others like that give you super stiff steering. (Totally ruins the playful feel)Just checked those out. Way different game than the alt impacts. I have seen some bulkheads broken but all of them were actual bulkhead hitting rock impacts. (So type of A arm didn’t matter)If I had those my bulkhead would be in half, just like a sled at the dealer with alternative impacts… Would much rather pay for a arms than bulkheads. No?
That’s interesting, how do they stiffen the steering? I need to get some extras too and good know they mix with the stocks. ??Yeah the alt impact and others like that give you super stiff steering. (Totally ruins the playful feel)
I just have a entire spare set of a arms in the truck.
Bpwr will mix with stock ones.
Yeah, I’m not sure how the impact was on the sled, but the dealer said the bulkhead ripped right out. I wouldn’t think the alt impact a arms are super weak, I know the ends are though.I have seen some bulkheads broken but all of them were actual bulkhead hitting rock impacts. Alt impact A arms are super weak. (Very similar to stock) I doubt they could “cause” the bulkhead damage.
But I haven’t seen the sled. ??
The ball joints that are like an old school tie rod ends ice up and make it feel like you have an old indy sled. That’s interesting, how do they stiffen the steering? I need to get some extras too and good know they mix with the stocks. ??
Copy that, could see that. The ball joints that are like an old school tie rod ends ice up and make it feel like you have an old indy sled.
Super stiff.
I crushed a few standard alt impact A arms in 2013-15. Many times the ends were fine and the A arm folded from a ski hit.Yeah, I’m not sure how the impact was on the sled, but the dealer said the bulkhead ripped right out. Ordered some Bpwr up and will have stock for backup??I crushed a few standard alt impact A arms in 2013-15. Many times the ends were fine and the A arm folded from a ski hit.
I had him build me some HD ones in fall 2015 For my snowcheck axys. (The version he now sells with the lower rear tube thicker) and those held up ok.
I mangled one upper with the end still intact though.
I tried giving him some feedback and pushing him towards beefing up the arms on all the tubes and he blew me off. ?? (Probably because i was pissed and being a d!ck)
Either way the Bpwr arms are the best option out currently. (imo)
EZ steer
Oem geometry
No spindle grind like zbroz
ball joints and bushings pre installed and included.
Strong AF.
Downsides.
Heavy.
Mig welded if you are picky.
