2023 ktm 450sxf electrical relay/ radiator fan

Trying to hook up a relay for a cyclops light and tap into this same relay for a tusk radiator fan but there doesn’t appear to be a fitting like older models to accommodate a simple plug shown in the picture. Where does this tap into the bike!!?? Does anyone have any insight on this? Currently have the light working.

Building 2 2023's right now, One is a FC, so the Husky version of SXF, and a XC-F. I was not able to use that Tusk fan on the FC as the gas tank hits the fan. You might try fitting the fan 1st before wiring it up. On the XCF which has a bigger fuel tank cut out in the fan area, the tank just clears the fan but needs to be as low on the radiator as possible. Looks like the wire in your hand goes to the Radiator temp sensor included in the fan kit. The 23 SX/XCF don't have a lot of stator output so not sure fan and light will work.

Unless you have some reason you think you will be overheating I would personally skip the fan altogether. I run one on my 450 KTM dirt bike in the summer but I don't use them in the winter. They draw a lot of power and IMO don't buy you much. Keeping heat in is almost a bigger problem.

I canceled all my 23 KTM,s due to a big problem, look at the fuel pump location ,it no longer pulls from the bottom of tank, These are running out of fuel with 3/4 gallon still in tank, This is already on the aftermarket schedule for a fix, KTM says shake bike or rough terrain will splash fuel up to the fuel pump , They are running out of fuel on all gravel roads, trails and smoother surface riding .they really messed this design up, even riding in desert high speed there is no way to use all the fuel ewer carrying .
