2021 Kaos 155 to a 165''

Hey guys for the 2021 kaos 155 Qd2 with 2.75'' track i want to put a 165 3'' track under it. Wondering if i am going to have to change the gear ratio? looking on polaris parts website and it looks like to me that the gears, helix,springs, and weights are the same for a 155/165. Is that right ? I would have thought some things would be different

Drivers are the same 3.5" pitch with new track. But i will probably go to extrovert drivers

If your 155 is a Series 8, then you'll only need to replace it with the Series 8 165, rail extensions and some clutching.

Clutching and gearing is the same between the 2 variations.

165 rails, track and away you go!

That being said we do not recommend composit tracks on the stock introvert drivers as they have 'timing' issues. They run a little rough. Avid center drives or 'cat style' drivers make for a better operating setup from what we have seen.
