I live in a bizarre world.
Those people that I work with DO KNOW whats coming in 2020
And they KNOW I am seriously considering pulling the trigger on a 2nd 2019.
And they give me that *hit Eating Grin when I try to pry it out of them.
There is something good coming on the 2020 that won't be an easy upgrade/retrofit from the 2019.
Ski-Doo has SOMETHING in store for all of us who SnowCheck a 2020.
I don't get the feeling that it is something Huge, Enormous or Revolutionary.
But its some nice sweet improvement or enhancement or added feature that we WILL want to have and will be happy we waited on. Maybe something like SHOT. Not a game changer, hard to retrofit, but DANG NICE to have!!
But they absolutely will NOT tell me what it is.
The guys at the SnoWest Office are as Tight Lipped as they come these days!
Nevertheless, your points on COST consideration are VERY WELL MADE!
New Suspension
New Boards
New Front & Rear Bumpers
New Shocks

It WILL happen.
We all know this made a splash last year. It's just the beginning. Battery technology will improve. Look at the Tesla. They went from less than 200 miles to the new roadster next year getting out to 630 miles.

From all the photos I have seen. I have not seen anything but nice new colors. Obviously this is looking at the cover of the book. However, now I sure am amped for the released! When is it again?
I'm an engineer for an equipment OEM who is looking into electrification of some of our equipment. An electric sled that is worth getting is more than a decade away.
yes that's all I seen too.
Fox shocks on the blue summit picture but Kyb on the free ride? And the red summit looks like fox coil overs possibly?
