2019 Timbersled ST Raw compared to riot or ARO.

I have a chance to pick up a 2019 Honda 450 CRF R with a new 2019 Timbersled 120 ST RAW . Also available is a 2017 Honda CRF RX with 120" mountain horse , the bike is like new.

I have never seen the 120 RAW just wondering if it's a descent alternative to the 2015 Mountain horse 120, issues and comparisons in terms of performance differences overall.

Thanks in advance.

They are the same kit essentially. It still has the ****ty steel tube frame and lack of a chain tensioner that works with 0 gearing options on the bike to kit. It has better rails than the MTH kits. Agreed on the newer setup. The 15 SX (only 50 made) is the only thing good from that year now. Keyway shafts and steel frame sucks in comparison.

The 2019 with Raw is definitely the most capable.

The Raw has convex 2.5” track vs the 2015 2” flat track.

There both decent kits to get started on. I would not say a 2015 mountain horse is worthless, it is 100% American made and in spring conditions holds a side hill very well. The raw kit is great too though. In my opinion the convex track slides out more than a square track.
