Any known changes to the 2019 8000?
I've heard of new ECM calibrations but wondering of any other changes.

Thanks but I'm mostly concerned with the engine itself and it run quality

I'm looking to pick up a 18 or 19 and want to know of any changes.
I have heard rumors of different reeds
Looking to find out facts

I haven't heard of anything besides the ECM. If there are new reeds there was not any advertising done about it.

My in season Mtn Cat is labeled 104kw the 2019 is 113kw.

I just read 2019 come with a ceramic coated muffler

And in the back of the brochure from my dealer the HP is indicated as 165hp

ceramic coated muffler came out in like 16. i wonder if the kw sticker is accurate or just a sticker for epa or insurance/lender agencies.

After comparing a few part numbers the only change I found was the ECM. Reeds and injectors were the same part number. A new part # usually indicates a change. The ceramic coated muffler is being marketed as new for 2019 could be different than previous years. A/C has a past of making a lot of little changes and not telling anyone, they are getting better at marketing the changes but still need to improve. The 19 will be better than the 18 and the 20 will be better than the 19 and so on. Continuous improvement is what it's called.

I stole it from the EPA!
Found it on Dootalk....
It is a spreadsheet from the manufacturer's submission.
Doo reports in NM and all other manufacturers report in KW
