2017 m8000 hardcore runs great then shuts off

I have a stock (except munster finger throttle) 2017 m8000 hardcore and i recently installed the SLP intake air temp relocate kit and had the sled out for a ride for the first time after installing the relocate kit. The sled felt snappier and most of the low end hesitation was gone, but after a while it just shut dead off. wouldtn start for a few minutes but then start right up again and run perfectly fine for a while then stop again. There where no light in the headlight or gauge when trying to start. I dont think the airtemp relocate has anything to do with this? Have at least never heard of it doing that. There are no codes thrown either, and never has been. I ohmed the injector coils and a few other coils and everything looks good, but the fuel pump coil is showing 3,0ohms, and its supposed to be 1,9ohm+-20%. Could this be the reason?

Also the sled has been perfectly problem free last season and this season up until now. Thanks😃

Unplug the tss and see if that fixes it may have something to do with finger throttle?
There is no tss connected as it has to be removed when installing the finger throttle, i should have mentioned. And i installed the finger throttle last season and there was no problems then. Im thinking its something electrical tho. Will try unplugging the tether and kill switch soon

What all did you have to unplug to install the air kit, check any and all the electrical connectors , by that I mean unplug everyone and look at every pin and make sure they aren't pushed back in the plastic housing , while your at it check all the areas where wires go thru or into a bulkhead or standoff look for rub thru areas , check grounds while your at it , also turn off all hand and thumb warmers and see if it still dies , check taillight wiring for rub thru spots.

I had to unplug the big plug for the headlight and gauge to get tho hood off and other than that the air temp sensor plug, so two plugs. Yeah ill try and check for rub thrus where cables are in contact with the frame.

Yes that could be the reason, quit often coils will fail exactly as you have described.
