2016 Axys "Incentives" (deals) Likelihood?

For those who did not snowcheck, what does the general consensus think when it comes to the likelihood of Polaris offering any incentives on Axys sleds as the season gets underway (December/January)? Not likely to move off current MSRP or if inventory stays high-ish will they start rolling back pricing?

Curious!

I honestly think it will depend on how the snow is early season. These are so talked about now that if we get dumped on early (which is almost already too late to happen) people may be scrambling to get one. If not they may stay a show piece on the dealer's floor, in which case they will start offering incentives.

Thx - I haven't been around sleds long enough to know how it usually works. My predictions regarding winter are interesting. I'd guess those in Southern Colorado will have a good one but the rest of us will be caught between warming, high pressure and a few *giant* storms but nothing consistent.

Time will tell. I just know the data with respect to El Nino years...

Supply and demand. When they released the Pro RMK in 2011 they were pretty much sold out by the first part of January. If any one had one they were not giving much away and no incentives from Polaris because they did not have any inventory left. If they have extra inventory towards the end of January you might see dealers and or Polaris offering some incentives before they announce the 2017s. :face-icon-small-coo

I had a dealer tell me today that he didn't expect to see incentives until mid Feb on current year sleds. Of course, he would like to sell me one now...

The inventory of 15s is going down steadily, one left at this dealer, not expected to be there by Monday. That means only 16s to choose from soon, starting at msrp for a while I suspect.

You won't see any deals or factory promotions until January. Polaris cannot offer a better deal than Snowcheck until the first of the year. That is one of the "Guarantee" and incentives of snowchecking a snowmobile

Curious on what people are seeing or thinking will happen here. I'm considering an Axys just need it to make sense financially. If deals aren't going to come up I may just wait and pick up a used one in March. We'll see I suppose.
