2016 axys engine vibrations

I have a 2016 axys 163 and have been noticing a lot of engine vibration at my feet. Both when holding an idle at 3000 in parking lot or while riding in mid rpms. Motor has about 700 miles on it. Everything has been spot on and its still pulling 8350 on rpms. I put in the SLP torque arm last season long before I ever noticed this vibration. I also have a zrp lightweight clutch cover. I double checked to make sure my adjustable slp weights are all holding the same amount of grams. They are.

I know I have heard on here to replace engine mounts. They are on order and will be changed out when I get them. But I want to make sure I don't have something more serious going on. I don't want to just cover up the problem. What should I be checking? I didnt send in the clutch last year for balancing after putting on the clutch cover?.... should I do that first? Is there anything within the clutch I should be looking for? help me out please

You definitely need to balance the clutch after installing a lightweight cover.

How many miles do you have on it after install?
(You’re clutch probably is prematurely wearing out)

And it will be hard on your crank, bearings and motor mounts.

I figured they probably are and thats why I plan on changing them. But is there something more that could be wrong? I don't want to cover up the problem and have it come to bite me later when the snow is deep. I'd be super happy to just change the mounts and ride on if thats what people think.

Have you blown any belts?

(This can knock a crank out of phase......)

With engine OFF.....

remove belt, grab clutch with both hands and see if you feel any up and down movement in clutch/ crankshaft. Also see if you feel any in and out movement.

I have only blown 1 belt in the 700 miles on motor. It was worn but lost a couple lugs at replacement. It didn’t blow up by any means...

Thanks Murphy. I’ll look into that
