2016-7 RMK skid plate

Are you guys using a skid plate on the 800 163 X3.
I have had good success with them on my summits.
Any specific model or type suggested. Dealer never said
anything about them when bought.

Ive always run one and have always had good luck with the polaris ones.

I havent gotten one for my axys yet, unsure about getting the extreme one, or the ultimate. Ill prob just end up getting the cheaper extreme one.

Cant ever remember what i hit, but always seem to end up with some good size gouges and scrapes in them...

I got the ultimate Polaris skid plate for my new 163 axys. Also went with Polaris on my last two Pro's. A little extra protection for little money.

IMO the extreme one is a waste of $ spend the extra $20 or don't bother buying one. Just my 2 cents after seeing the 2 in person... I have the ultimate on my axys.

Good to know, i havent seen either one yet. Their must be a pretty significant difference between them.
