I havnt seen changes in epa regs for 2014....do you have a link or info on this?

My brother works at a dealer in Billings Mt and this is what he said he is hearing from the arctic cat guys. I am not sure, he said all arctic cat motors will be going to 4 strokes after the 2014 line up. Since those motors will be done in the year 2014 IDK. Just wondering what or if anyone had heard anything.
