Just reviewed the new 2014 cats on the AC website.
Always great to see the new model year.

They are calling the M1100T the 9000....Seems goofy.

Not feeling the green or orange tunnel choice but I guess I could warm up to it.

Let it begin - I am sure my comments above only scratch the surface of reviewing the changes below the skin.

Its kind of a throwback to the old days when the 500 liquid cooled sled was a 6000 and the 5000 was a 500 air cooled sled.

I think the black and white limited is sexy as hell but it will most likely blew belt like a banshee

I'm not very impressed looks like the same little cheesy no floatation skies . Same belt eating clutches. The same pull the hood off to check the coolant. And I hope the paint job on the tunnel is better than what they put on my skid frame, I think the guy that paints them has to buy the paint himself. Or maybe they were going after the see through transparent look.

I have been riding cat since my 1996 zrt and I think my 13 1100 will be my last cat just to many issues

I'm at the 2014 revealing in Vegas all week with Kerry from WKM. Lots of changes to the machines, new heat treating process on clutches, deeper fins on secondary, new materials being used as well as different bearing setups. Also different side panel to allow better clutch cooler. New M chassis is 17 pounds lighter, fox float 3 shocks, lightweight seats, powdercoated tunnels... lots of good stuff!

I think the PC tunnels are great. I have been riding an 06 X-fire that features a black tunnel and it has held up great. No snow sticks! Also, I am sure they look awesome. To compare, the 2013 RR trail sled with the green tunnel is stunning!
