1- Vented lightweight drilled brake rotor - Not on Mine
2- Ice scratchers. - Not on Mine

Some got them all others only the scratchers...others just the disc

Look yours over and call your dealer---

I didn't have either, and Cat is sending my the (OOOppps parts that were somehow omitted) a $14,800.00 sled.

I wonder if they will pay the labor to install them?

These are printing errors (they should not have so many errors but they do)

I have seen no LTD with scratchers or drilled rotor. It also says it comes with a front mounted exchanger which it does not. The seat heater is standard not an option. You can use the parts section of Arctic Cats website to see exactly what parts are used on each model. For 2013 Proclimbs only the sleds with front mount exchanger come with standard ice scratchers and drilled brake rotors.

I am not going to worry or tear into a front heat exchanger issue-printing error on their part 4 sure!

S/C What I stated is correct. I never suggested you were not going to get the parts you asked for. Arctic Cat made a printing error. You complained and they did what they could to keep you happy. My post was simply to inform that there are many errors in the brochure and website.

I did not complain I simply asked-- and was told I was absoulty correct- no static and as you can see was shipped ASAP

if they print it u buy it they have to produce I dont care if it says all snow checks come with a 6 place alloy inclosed or a yo yo you pick and u pick the trailer by law they have got to give u the trailer.
U think after the person who who did the copy proofed it then gave it to the copy checker to sign of then to the head of marketing to sigh of then head of sales to sign off then the legal dept gave the ok.then off to the printers for 1 the final proof then 1 more trip back to marketing
they made a miss print? think not they are just trying to save some bucks and hope 1 in 20 catches it

Simply call your selling dealer, and inquire politely. He will call his area Cat rep
