I wasn't planning on selling this sled this year, as it's only 3 weeks old, but I spent some time on a Mountain Horse conversion and fell in love with it, now I want one..... So here we go, This sled is has 200 miles on it now, but I'm going to be riding it until it sells. I'll consider an IQR or M8 turbo on partial trade, just for the horsepower days and I would obviously consider snowbikes or the timbersled conversion by itself. I just can't justify having a new sled that I won't be riding much and a snowbike. I have about 60hrs into setting up this sled how I like, heres a list of the extras-
BMP can
Skins Low seat or the stock seat and underseat bag
Handguards
Handlebar bag
Dry bag for the tunnel
Tunnel wrap in flat black
2cool vents for the hood, side panels, grill, louvers and forward clutch side
spare belt
hootdogger
header wrap for the pipe- drops 1.5lbs
VanAmberg drive belt skid plate
VanAmberg cromo front bumper
footwell vents that I made
Slp nose cone block off plate
Polaris Burandt running boards
driveshft brace
And I've also removed the tool bag to vent the clutch better, trimmed the footwells, mounted the spare belt on the overstructure and plugged misc holes in the chassis to keep out snow.
I have about $1700 in extras on it total
The things I've done were for the purpose of keeping off snow, dropping weight, centering the mass so it's not overly heavy on the left side and protection from impacts. I figure it rides about 50lbs lighter than stock with the lack of snow build up, judging from the stock sleds I ride with, with equates to a couple sled lengths climbing and a LOT lighter throwing around during the day, this sled flat rips. I broke it in properly and I haven't had any issues with the quickdrive. I had a 11 pro 163 with the slp goodies and this sled will walk away from the 11 in deep snow, hardpack, climbing or tree riding, this sled works REALLY well, I love the 155 over the 163. You can give me a call at 406 five nine zero 0300 to talk about it.
