2013 polaris pro low idle help

we have a 2013 polaris pro 600 runs great when you first start it idles as itshould but after its warmed up it idles so low that the lights flicker and barley runs unless you feather it. it has a new top end Pistonand what not good compression any ideas

Reeds....tip of reeds go bad and can make a poo idle poorly, also the TPS may have changed when removing / reinstalling throttle bodies, never adjust idle screw without resetting TPS
