a few weeks ago my sled started to Bog when I would pin it WOT. I brought it into the dealer and after 2 weeks I still do not have my sled back. The dealer has tried everything that polaris has told them, plus alot more stuff that they thought could be the cause.
heres a list of what been done so far, they pulled in a donor sled and started swapping parts seems it takes 10 days to get any parts shipped in.
- all the basic stuff polaris told them
- new injectors / ecu reflash
- TPS reset
- New TPS Mdoule
- changed pipe / temp sensor
- changed out clutching
- new stator
- new ECU
- new fuel filter
- new exhaust valves
- new reed valves
- new coil / wires / plugs
- new base gasket (seen moisture and changed it)
- changing out fuel pump as i type
they are running out of options and polaris dont seem to care how long before I get my sled back, the sled runs fine at low end, and if you ease in on the throttle it will pull through to WOT it only happens when you pin it. it'll bog for a few seconds, then be fine.
anyone have this happen, I've read up on all the injector probelms etc. but they've tried it all on mine and nothing seems to work.
