2012 pro wont go

I am at my wits end with my 2012 pro! It has a bogging/runnin on one cylinder for 4 weeks and 4 trips to dealer. Sled runs great for 30-60 minutes after commin back from dealer or sitting over night. Sled will start bogging slightly at first, but becomes major within 10-15 min. Engine light comes on and sled will hardly run. Wait 15-20 and sled will run again for a few minutes but starts failing after that. Dealer keeps saying that it is the tps and has changed/serviced several times. Took apart myself and packed it with electrical grease and ran for 60 mins or so and then ran as stated above. Have searched for wiring faults/shorts and have found none. I am pretty sure that it is a electrical and moisture problem but obviously dont know.
Sled is going to dealer this week and would love to be able to give them some direction as they dont seem to be able to figure it out. I have now lost a month of my sled season and i am starting to regret my purchase - rode my 09 summit yesterday and hated it (although this sled has never let me down in 6000+km) The fact that i am sitting on the couch writing this and not riding my brand new sled killing me!
Any help or ideas on this would be much apperciated.

Thanks

My 11 basically did the same. Took to the dealer and put it on the digital wrech and warmed it up and enentually the exhaust sensor would start to read wrong and just get worse until it dropped out of range. Replaced it and ran good from there on!

My guess is the stator. When they are cold all the coils will be touching but once it warms up and everything expands that's when you'll have problems

Not sure, they keep blamin tsp so i hope that is what it is saying, will find out in the next day or so when it goes back to the dealer and post.

look into the exhaust sensor, seems to come up on SW a fair amount. If the VR would be going out, your sled would only limp for a little while before your gauge went out and lost power. If you kept restarting it after it sat, it would burn up your ECU so your symptoms don't sound like a VR at least to me. I'd have them replace the pipe sensor. good luck, let us know what happens

They are going to change the injectors as instructed by polaris. To me it does not make sense, if injectors are bad how can it run great for 30+ minutes before acting up? Anyone shed some light on this diagnosis for me?

has the tps been replaced? any kind of moisture makes them act up. ask them to set it with the old tps tool and multi-meter, far more accurite..

Next time it messes up and gets a check engine light stop and check what codes it is throwing on the mfd. That will tell you the exact component and the problem such as high voltage low voltage etc. My guess is also the pipe temp sensor.

Mine is doing the same thing have checked everything till I am blue in the face and no luck, dealer has put new tps and injectors will run good for awhile then get worse as the day goes on, let cool down and then will run good again for a while, but each time you do that the good running part will get to be less, taking mine back to the dealer. The strange thing is this did not start till I took it in for the oil line fix and they fond a bad throttle cable and replaced it, then this issue slowly started to happen ? Mine has never turned on the engine light or given any codes.

Our 12 had a bog and high idle that was cured by cleaning up the ground at the left front bumper bolt.
Has also had a bad TPS which had similar symptoms, never had a check engine light.

Have 2 pro's. One runs flawless ( Mine ). The wifes was getting a bog on in the midrange and top end. Hammer throttle and it would bog bad. Would have to let off throttle and feather it in and out for it to come back. First time dealer reset the tps and sled ran great for first ride out and on second ride ran great for half the day and it was back again. Back to dealer and it had an open injector circut code ( no engine light ). Dealer called the techs at polaris and they said no way it was an injector. Dealer replaced the tps this time and same thing. Ran good for 1 1/2 rides and bogging again. Back to dealer and same open injector circut code. This time rechecked tps and replaced injectors. Rode yesterday in 3' of pow all day and so far so good. Will take a couple more rides to be sure, but it ran good all day yesterday.

Big

Add another one to the list of the mysterious big. I've been fighting it for two weeks now and have missed out on some excellent snow. I want it fixed....any help would be much appreciated. I asked my dealer about the exhaust sensor and they said that there was no way it could be that. I've personally tried the TPS setting and switching fuel pumps. Neither of which helped, thought for sure the fuel pump had fixed it till I rode for twenty minutes and shut it off. As soon as I started it the bog was back. Possibly leaving for Whistler on Thursday morning, would like to get this problem fixed!!! Thanks in advance for any ideas.
Title should say bog but my iPhone thought it was smarter than me!!

Mine did this when it was underclutched. The tach is a bit retarded, so it never seemed to snow 8550 when it was actually hitting the rev limiter. Went back to stock clutching and it went away.
