There may be an old post but haven't found one on this. I just bought this sled last week and the dash was not working, lights were working and sled starts and runs. I have tested the voltage and was getting .4 volts at the relay plug. My grounds were also loose which I tightened, still having a problem. Any help is awesome. Thanks in advance

Will the sled run when the dash is out?
I have a 12 as well, had same issue. If your grounds were loose you'll probably need to replace your voltage regulator. Mine kept going into limp mode and I had to replace the stator as well. Changed that out and then my dash would go completely blank, but would still run. After much troubleshooting I ended up changing out the capacitor. Walla runs frickin awesome now! Hope this helps? 
Did I mention that I just bought this sled? New, unexpected things are there. Ended up being the broken taillight red/white wire grounding out on the tunnel. I didn't realize they were on the same circuit. Unplugged for now but will order a new tail light assem. and new wiring.
