Tony (TSTEFF) you are a fawking liar! I never said one thing about 3 weeks or anything like that!! Friday when I called you back, you said you needed to know if I was buying it right away because you had a buyer that wanted to trade you a ski doo, parts & some cash and you prefered to just cash out of it and not deal with selling a trade. I told you on the spot I would take it. NOT MAYBE OR WE'LL SEE what happens in 3 weeks or any bull**** like that! I said "I WILL take it".
We then made a firm plan and dates set. I even told you if I didn't make it out myself by the 10th to hand you cash, I would wire transfer you the money no later than the 12th when my buddy Ryan Benedict was back in town and agreed to come meet you and finish the deal for me. We even discussed how far away the sled is from his area (Denver)...
Pretty damn firm plans if you ask anyone!!

I am a auto buyer for 3 dealerships and your family owns a dealership (Snell) right down the road from me in Mankato. I guess the difference is I buy/sell 10-60 vehicles a week and don't conduct myself like this ever... If an agreement is made it is always honored! (verbal or on paper!) That is it, period. A man is only as good as his word and apparently yours is ****! There is no other way to do business but to treat others the way you expect to be treated! Fact is we had an agreement and a firm plan and now you are trying to lie your way out of it.

I lost out on the sled because you sold it out from under me. I had already agreed to buy and we had definate plans in place. The very next morning you sell it to someone elce without even the courtesy of a quick phone call. If you are that broke and needed the money faster than we had agreed on, WHY WOULDN'T YOU HAVE SAID SOMETHING? I Could have easily wired a deposite the very next day my bank was open...

That is profoundly short sighted! So you two think that no prior agreements should be honored? The first guy with in the driveway gets it? really?? Do you realize that if a majority of the guys selling started conducting themselves like that it would destroy the ability to sell much on here as most deals through SW cross state lines or are many hours away. Think about it, you spend all this time finding what you want, ask questions, check out the pics, working out a deal, make arrangements for travel & pick up, have the money all set and ready to go, only to have some *** clown decide he can't wait a few days to complete the transaction as already agreed upon! It becomes nothing but a waste of time for anyone that dosen't live in your immediate area! This would ruin SW!! This is ok with you guys??
