2012 official updates

All 2012 F 800 models

The following items need to be completed on the affected snowmobiles.
1. Certain nuts and cap screws may not have been properly torqued in the skid frame and should be checked.
2. The front idler wheels in the skid frame should be relocated to the center of the skid frame.
3. The rollers in the driven pulley do not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.
4. The coolant hose does not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced
5. An oil level decal needs to be adhered to the oil tank to inform the consumer to not over-fill the oil tank.

All 2012 M 800 and XF 800 models (including High Country)

1. Certain nuts and cap screws may not have been properly torqued in the skid frame and should be checked.
2. The front idler wheels in the skid frame should be relocated to the center of the skid frame.
3. The rollers in the driven pulley do not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.
4. The coolant hose does not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced

All 2012 F 1100 non-turbo models

The following items need to be completed on the affected snowmobiles.

3. The front idler wheels in the skid frame should be relocated to the center of the skid frame.
4. The upper resonator rubber grommets do not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.
5. The cap screw securing the top of the left rear engine mount does not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.

All 2012 M/XF 1100 non-turbo models

The following items need to be completed on the affected snowmobiles.
1. Certain nuts and cap screws may not have been properly torque in the skid frame and should be checked.
2. Certain shifting components in the chain case require replacement to ensure trouble-free shifting.
3. The upper resonator rubber grommets do not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.
4. The cap screw securing the top of the left rear engine mount does not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.

All 2012 F 1100 Turbo models

The following items need to be completed on the affected snowmobiles.
1. Certain nuts and cap screws may not have been properly torqued in the skid frame
and should be checked.
2. Certain shifting components in the chain case require replacement to ensure trouble-free shifting.
3. The front idler wheels in the skid frame should be relocated to the center of the skid frame.

6. The fuel return hose grommet and elbow do not meet Arctic Cat standards and should be replaced.
7. The left-side clutch guard mounting screws may come in contact with a coolant hose and should be replaced and reversed.
