Ok guys.....I have a new Pro and it does not have a headlight or hand warmers. I checked the plugs into the headlight, on the back of the console, and behind the guages. Tail lights work and the guages work. Is there a fuse somewhere that can be blown? The manual does not show a fuse.... Perplexed!!

Did you check for power with a meter? Harness rubbing maybe? Ground point not tight.dirty?

brand new sled and doesn't even have 3 miles on it. Everything is clean and no worn wires. I didn't test light plug cuz I figured that same plug runs the guages? I will try and maybe isolate the headlight wires and see. Thanks

My 12 Pro RMK did the same thing. Turns out that all three connectors came unplugged from the back of the switches. Plugged them all back in today while adding a tether kill switch. All is working normal again.

If you haven't resolved this yet, remove a side panel and use a flashlight to look at the back of the switches to see if your connectors came unplugged also. Someone with very small arms might be able to plug them back in without removing the fuel tank panel.

Got it!!! Loose connection in wiring loom on clutch side where it is tied to frame. Thanks for all comments....:face-icon-small-hap
