Looking for someone in the know on the wiring in of a Resistor to take some of the load off the lighting coil since I removed the headlight.
I was told on a 13 to hook into the AC plug behind the shock tower. I have a 2012 and The electronics are different and I dont have a AC port labled behind the shock tower.
There are 3 open plugs: DC, ECM and ? not labled but Red and brown wires. Is the red wire in that harnes the right place to plug into? Or what wire in the harness should I be tapping into?
Resistor is mounted and grounded to the belt guard just need correct wire to splice to.
Anyone in the know? Mountain Horse?
