2012 Assault Graphics-what were they thinking?

It is if you snowcheck. And I agree, the retro looks awesome. The metallic blue is real purdy in the sunlight.
Two weeks ago I was torn between snow checking a 2012 switchback assault or buying a new 2011 switchback assault. Boy am I glad I got the 2011 mostly for the price I got it for.
I was wondering the same thing...or do you get both sets of panels for the extra $350?
im looking at it right now. sitting in the paris hotel on my phone. the sled looks bas a$$ man. picture doesnt do it justice i swear the assualt with the powder track sno check it you wont be disapointed. looks good, and will ride good too!!!!!!!!!!!!
you can order the extra set of side panels for 350 bucks instead of the 500 bucks to order them individualy. it supposed to be only availble during snow check so you cant order the kit after wards only durning.
by the way the black 155 pros are so good looking too!!

So if you snow check you get 2 sets of side panels with your sled?
If thats the case I would order the Pro R orange and black panels if your getting both sets!
O if you sno check u get the panels for 350 instead of 500! And they come with the foam the decals the clips all ready to just clip on so u can a orange sled sat and a red wrapped sled on Sunday! Or whatev u choose! And if u plan on moding the sled and voiding the warranty then you should take the 600 dollar part credit and 2 yr warranty instead of the 4 yr warrNty! And with that money but whatever color panels you want and the cool new alum front bumper and the new waterproof tunel storage bag!

What is 200 bucks when your spending 12K... NOTHING 
I think its a pretty decent looking sled, but thats just my personality I can see how its pretty loud for some. What I really like is that PRO R LE graphics package... That would look great on the assault.. Then again I do love orange.

I think for the most part the new graphics look great.
I love the orange pro, (also loved the 11 orange assault). The rockstar graphics look pretty good, I like the grey one better than the red.
If you don't like the graphics, just wrap it

I have a northern ascent artic fx wrap on the shelf that I will part with cheap. Got it as a bonus when I bought my 2011 SB assault. It is the orange grey black one.

Yeah i get it but i guess what im trying to say is that when ur spending 12K y couldnt u get exactly what u want. Polaris could hook up with a vinyl company and when u spring order u can have the wrap of your choice! Now that would be sweet!

What's the big deal you pull off the decals you have a black and white sled which I think would look really good and if you don't like the plain look sticker it with whatever you want.That way nobody has the exact same sled as you. Like this year all you see are black and red pros everywhere personally I tired of seeing them. It'll be nice to see something different out there.
Looks to me like a huge "Motorfist" sticker?? Is that your point?

the point is don't like the look change it. Kinda like dating. Might look bad when you first see it in the morning. But change it dress it up the way you like it and even a fat one starts to look good. Just ask a yammy rider

I wonder if the dealer will let you get an assault and then get rmk side pannels insted of the dumb different colors same patterns...I would get the all black ones for the RMK. Simple and sweet.
