Will a clutch that fits a 1997 RMK 700 fit a 2012 Pro 800

No.. The small block engines in consumer sleds have had 32mm tapers since 2007...

The older sleds ran a 30mm taper.

Thanks , so the newer sleds (2007 use a 32mm taper ) if I am looking at this right that is bigger then the old 30mm taper.
So my next ? is can you get a 30mm taper clutch rebored to 32mm , the reason why I ask is I have a line on a clutch that is a quick change spider for a really good price ( less then 1/2 new )
I have a STM Rage 8 quick change on my turboed apex and love it

Yes you can call brad worsten at power addiction he can do it. I had him cut polaris clutches to fit skidoo taper in the past 1-435-881-6665

Thanks , if it can be done I would try to find someone here in Alberta that does it ( no shipping across the border and all )
