Any new reports on conditions in the pass.
I'm thinking of heading that way this weekend?
Thanks

We were in Hassler last Sunday. Snow was different from bowl to bowl. Some places 4" of loose wind blown and other bowls up to 12" powder. Just depended on how the wind blew it around. Snowing like hell in GP now, might be OK.

Rode Beaver creek today. 1ft of fresh snow, windblown tops. Visibility was moderte to poor as most of the day was a snow stormSnow load definately way low this year. Rode lot of untouched areas and found deep pow in the trees. Rode the twisted 1000 at 8lbs to break in new motor. Was an effin blast!!! we also broke in a new 800 XM, very impressed with this machine.

rode hassler today, xm's 1- stock, 1- aero charger, wind blown up top, 12" fresh, hard in a lot of places, trees awesome. great day, sleds ran great. aero charger rips,

Powderking was alright saturday, foot or so of fresh, clouds were really low most of the day but manged to do the loop from the over pass over skinny ridge down mount west and back on the pipe line. Not as much snow as usual for this time of year in my opinion but it wasnt bad.

Rod Beaver creek yesterday. AVALANCHE CONDITIONS ARE EXTREMLEY EXTREME!!!!! riding partner climbed a 300 yd chute and a 3ft x 200ft slab let loose and came down in a severe hurry. I went up the next chute over to go up and help him get turned around and that chute let go!!! That slab was maybe 1ft x 100 ft. People please be careful, wear your beacons, avy packs and be aware. Snow load is still half of what it was last year but with the hot ad cold weather some nasty layers have been created. We're thinking of sticking to the trees and low lying areas for the rest of the season.
