2011 Pro uses alot of fuel. Could it be an injector problem?

My 2011 Pro RMK feels like it's down on power and it seems to be using quite a bit more fuel than it use to!
It has just over 1000 miles.

This is what it does:
It revs pretty quick to about 6800 then is sluggish, it dosent bog but still continues to rev to about 7500 then picks back up to 8000-8100.

Plugged the exhaust valve hose and it seemed to help the sluggishness but still uses more fuel.
I cleaned the exhaust valve hoses and ports going into the cylinders!
Confirmed that the exhaust solenoid valve is working.
Plugs do look rich!
Checked plug wires and all other wiring for wear causing it to short out. Found none.
Clutching is all good.
Replaced the pipe EGT sensor, no change?
It has the yellow injectors in it.
Could the injectors be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

Check the reeds. Lots of work but decent chance that is the problem.

Reeds will make it run like crap on the bottom end. Not the top end.

Mine had exactly the same symptoms. Its getting new injectors tomorrow. I will find out Friday if that takes care of it.

I'm headed out for my last trip next weekend. Let me know what you find out!

Another thing. My sled won't rev up at all on a jack stand??? Hits about 6800 and starts studdering!
Used the brake to simulate a load and still would not rev out to 8000?
Ran it in the pasture and then it would do the same as described above.
Don't know for sure but heard they won't run on a jack stand???

I had an injector stick open on my 2011 yellow injectors, but mine did not want to run. When we took the exhaust off the Y pipe was full of fuel.

It should rev up just fine on a jack stand. Sounds like you have something more going there. Something electrical. Mine will run great on flat ground or hard pack. It's not until things get deep and steep that mine really starts to run rich. The past 3 rides I've burned about double the fuel I would usually go through, and double the fuel compared to the others with me on those days. from idle through mid range it runs great. Tps settings have been verified. Hopefully a new set of injectors takes care of mine. At wot mine normally runs 8100 as clutched. Lately I get that until I get in the steep and deep and it will start out there, but slowly keep dropping as I keep it pinned. The longer the climb, the more it will drop. No, it's not the clutches or clutching either. All are fresh and the set up that I've run for 3 years now. Mine will also shoot flames out the exhaust if going from a wide open pull and back off to an idle every time. It's just over fueling at wot.

Btw, the injectors for them just superceeded to a new part number in the past 2 weeks. They were on backorder for a bit as they swapped to the new part. Hopeful this will cure my issue. Polaris OEM pistons from 08-12 also just changed to a new part number. Anyone care to guess what change has been made to them?

Got my sled back from the dealer today. Can't wait to get it up in the mountians tomorrow. I gained about 200rpm here at home with the new injectors. Also starts easier on a hot start and idles better. Very hopeful that this cures the loss of power and the fuel milage in the mountians.

Well, Spent all day up in the mountians and logged 99.6 miles. My rpm came back up where they should be on a climb! It was awesome. Along with that, the m8 that had burned half the fuel I did the past couple of rides was with me again today. We both burned almost exactly the same amount of fuel. Hard starts were much better. I no longer have to crack the throttle to start it warm. Very very happy with how it runs.
