2011 pro rmk bog question ?

i am having a bog at wot from my tests seems to only happen after 2-3 miles then she starts and it is random sometimes when u stab it sometimes when u ease into it i do find its most present after valves r opening and it completly falls on face not just a quick bog then back up just flat out dies till u let off and get back in her, need a few sug before i take it in for the updated yellow injectors and reflash thanx peeps time to go bog hunting :face-icon-small-sho

TPS adjustment possibly. Mine was similar, but not as bad. Took it in last month and they said it was out of adjustment. We'll see...

Mine did the same thing when I had high elevation weights in the clutch from our last trip. I put the low elevation weights back in it and the bog disappeared. Runs like a champ now.

Sounds like a classic case of not enough weight. They spike quick out of the hole or out of a corner. Then go into limp mode til you back out of the throttle. Try some more weight.

I have a bog at WOT after it has been really warmed up. It falls on its face until you back right off the throttle then when you go to WOT it runs a long for a few seconds then it falls on its face again.
I have been trying to solve this for over a year with no luck.

Mine is heat soak related only. If you let it cool then hit it there is no bog.

I have new TPS new ECU been to the dealer twice and no codes.

It is either shutting off the fuel momentarily or cutting ignition.

I will try a new pipe sensor next.

ignition cutting out----spark plug caps?......they expand w/ heat and causing a weak connection. Try replacing just he caps, and greasing the connection...or a plug wire thats rubbed thru.

a bad coil will do this also, especially when ya whack it....the instant demand on the coil will normally fail momentarily....then work at idle, or low demand.

Could be your injectors those sound like the syptoms i had changed injectors that fixed it. Also check ur ves hoses and fittings going to solinoid. The plastic fitting on mine broke/cracked and caused bogging.

I know this sounds simple, but when you clean your exhaust valves make sure the small hole that goes from the valve into the cylinder is not plugged. you should be able to run a small piece of wire or welding rod from the valve side into the cylinder with no blockage.
Certain oils seem to be really good at leaving deposits in that passage. The exhaust valves will not operate properly if this hole is plugged. you may have to clean this passage multiple times, mine plugged back up a couple times after I had the passage open.
I was having the same symptoms and this cured the problem.

i have 68 gram weights this is proper for my elevation ,but this is exactly the same as this one thanx i have something to look at now no codes and very random but the hotter it gets the more u stab her the worse she bogs my first guess was injectors but i replaced those on my rmk and it actually had a pop from the bad injector, will look for bad wire or check coils asap then on to the updated yellow injectors and reflash my rmk has these havent tried it yet but went from 7900 rpm to 8150 ,will try my rmk thur and c if that fixed that one if so she might get turbo on it but i did wanna turbo the pro lol need it run though darn it thanx for the help peeps

well got my rmk back and she pulls alot better with the yellow inj and reflash woop woop just waiting to get the pro back to c if this fixes that thing too if so i be a very happy camper thanx rallymotorsports in pa sask :yo:
