2011 pro 800 falls on it's face at 6400 rpm has no power after.

So I blew the sled up last year, cylinders were trashed. Pretty sure it was a cold seize. Rebuilt it with all new stuff (cylinders, pistons, etc..) I took it out for a test ride in the field and runs great up until 6400 rpm then it falls on it's face and won't build any power after. So I pulled into shop ckd and reset tps, put another set of plugs and caps on. It has new fuel 91 non ethinol, ckd grounds. It's not throwing any codes. Any help would be appreciated.

injectors? have they been checked. Mine would lay down at 6500

I had the same sled with the same problem. Bad injector. A friend of mine had a 2011 Switchback Assault. Same issue. It came from the factory with the wrong injectors.

Thanks for the feed back. I'll check all those. It's just weird cause it was running fine before it seized. Thanks I'll post when fixed and what the cause was.
