2011 pro 800 with a Silber turbo sled ran good all day on the way back home it started bogging and died when I let off the gas. It wouldn't restart with out holding the throttle down. When it did restart it wouldn't build up any RPMs, smoking like crazy, running horrible the dash and air fuel gauge had no display however the head lights/tail lights and silber control box are working. I've check all connections and haven't found anything loose. Anybody have any ideas for me? I was looking at checking the voltage regulator?

Yes the compression is good and spark plugs look perfect.
My 2012 Pro was running great on Christmas Day. Heading home, the MFD went out... At first it ran fine without MFD, then started to miss, then wouldn't start. Headlights and handwarmers worked fine (they are on a different leg that is not rectified to DC)
Fuel pump checked out, swapped voltage regulators, swapped chassis relay, swapped ECU, stator passed ohms test... Still wouldn't run.
Sled would run if I backfed 12 volts through fuel pump prime plug. Checked stator output with sled running (would only run with 12v battery hooked up to prime plug)-- stator putting out 0volts on one AC leg.
Pulled stator and found wire broken at pole, swapped stator and ran 50 miles trouble free miles today.

I have 12 that is doing the same, run fine for a while then losses all power to my afg and my display. Sled still runs but won't move or throttle up. Give it 20-30 min fires up and runs for a while then dies it again. Checked wiring harnes, changed voltage regulator,.

I found a broken green wire in one of the stator pick ups. Replaced the stator and GTG..
