2011 450 EXC questions

Wanting to get into a snowbike for the upcoming season. Have questions about running it on my 11 450 exc . You guys think it'll do alright with the taller gearing? Been searching for answers and can't find many running it on this bike? Also it's not efi so wondering about jetting issues, freezing up etc. Thanks for the help in advance. Be riding in CO and Wyoming. Also has a JD jet kit but otherwise is stock

Just put a kit on an have fun started with 2004 exc 525 had a blast ,then changed to Mxc gearing and a big bore kit ,had more fun then long tracked it and had more fun .the main thing is to get out an ride don't worry about the bike so much you can change it up along the way

Put it on and ride, you will have a blast! Ran a 2006 450EXC for 4 years prior to upgrading bike. Went everywhere anyone else did. The upgrade to a SXF is great, just not always needed to have a good time and be out there.
