I have a 2010 Summit x, 800 151. Nice sled but the clutch keeps coming out of adjustment. This clutch has a plastic nut that backs off causing the clutch sheeves to spread apart and the blet dropping too far into the clutch dropping max RPM. Also when trying to remove a belt with a hot clutch, hence a hot plastic nut, the nut bends as pressure is put it to spread the clutches. I don't dare put enough pressure on the nut for fear I'll break the plastic nut and 10 miles in that would not be a good thing.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and what if anything is Skidoo doing about it?
