2010 seat for 08' M8, Install?

I want to get the 2010 cat seat for my 08' M8. What dose it take? Any extra parts, does it come with them if so? Just would like some insite from someone who has upgraded the seat. Thanx

It comes with new washers and nuts, but you don't actually need them. All you have to do is remove the two studs your old seat pops into.....Then, pull the two rear nuts that hold the fuel tank on off, set the new seat on, reinstall nuts, tighten them up...done

Very simple install with everything included as mentioned above. 30 minute max on install. Highly recommend upgrade! I like the new seat better than a buddies 1 1/2 inch rise boss seat. Not only a style upgrade but functionality is non comparable to older M seat.

New seats are worth the $, IMO. Finally got a ride this year and the trail ride up/down (about 12mi ea way) was MUCH more luxurious. Cat should have done these seats in 05.
I didn't even pull the gas tank bolts. Used the 2 other holes in the seat bottom, drilled 2 new holes in the tunnel and used the new bolts there. All the hardware coems with the new seat, right dwon to the little plastic plugs to use in the holes where the old seat studs used to be.
