i got a 2010 polaris rmk with a 800 in it. its got 3900 miles and the sled has ran awesome for that time. it runs and idles fine and in the mid range it bogges out. if you hold it wide open it will bog out after about 4 seconds. it has been flashed to new software, runs and idles fine, goes into reverse fine, i rode it 150 miles on saturday to get back to the truck up north at 1/4 throttle. i changed plugs and tryed differnt gas. it just started doing this and im curious. the other thing is, is i put a mbn can on it a while ago and saturday it got alot louder, do you think it would have something to do with the engine cutting out if it didnt have enough back pressure. im new to this site and just curious what you guys think.

i did notice that the right exhaust valve had some rust coming out of it. ill make sure to check them first. thanks for your information
I took the 800 aprt last night and found that we had a broken spring in the right exhaust valve and the bellow was ripped. found the problem going to put back together tonight and give a try
