2010 Nytro MTX ???? Help

So I built this sled 5 years ago. It has 230 miles. It's been sitting in my shop. I have a MCX turbo / cr bars and eliminated factory controls it has been running great. Battery was dead so I jump started with boost pack. Ran for a bit then that's it. So bought a new battery. Now every time I turn ignition on it blows the 20amp fuse by reverse lever (ignition circus) WTF do I start fuel pump ? I've unplugged all the basics. Can't see any raw wires. Anyone have this problem and know the cure before I have to tear this thing down??

My Phazer did this when my MCX control box shorted out. Have you tried disconnecting the MCX box and see if it blows fuse?

If it is the box I hope you find one cheaper than I did..............

Check the wiring to the TCV valve if it is poorly routed it can melt and short out which will blow the main fuse.
