2010 M8 Skid Plate

Do you have to take the air box apart to drill the front 3 holes? If so how does that come out?

you are actually taking the air box out of the belly of the sled. It comes out very easily by removing the medium sized phillips-head screw from the furthest point forward in the engine compartment. Once this screw, and the metal bracket attatched to it are removed, the airbox pulls right out allowing instalation of the nuts and washers for the front of the skid plate.

Yeah i noticed that once I looked at it closer. I was told it was a pain,but it was pretty easy. Thanks
