2010 M8 setup suggestions

I am picking up my M8 LE on Wednesday. The shop is setting up the sled. What should my shock pressure be on the fronts and the track? I am 160# but I bet with all my gear on and the the fuel can on the sled the total weight will be near 200#s. Anything else I need to make sure they do before I hit the mountains this weekend?

65 psi in the fronts if your off the trail most of the time, or 75 psi on the trail. 140 in the rear
